Shipping

Once you've placed your order, it takes 1–3 business days to process it and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

We ship to all of Europe. Your parcels will be handled by POSTNL or DHL. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the order amount exceeds €150.

Return

If your order is not quite to your liking, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Returned items must be unworn/unused and include all attached tags and original packaging.

Returns must always be sent with a completed return form. You can download one here below. Returns that cannot be identified may not be refunded.

We offer the following return options:
• Store credit + €5 bonus
• Refund

To make returns as easy as possible for you, and as friendly as possible for the environment and for us, exchanges for a different style are not possible. In such cases, the order will be refunded or you'll receive a store credit code and any new items can be purchased through our online store.

Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

Return costs are not covered by ZIZA CLUB. We recommend using a track and trace service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
