1. General

These conditions apply to all sales and agreements between ZIZA CLUB and the consumer, whereby ZIZA CLUB will apply the Terms and Conditions unless agreed otherwise in writing. ZIZA CLUB will ensure that the Terms and Conditions will be made available electronically. By ordering products from ZIZA CLUB, the customer automatically accepts and agrees with the Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

Once an order has been placed, the consumer will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order and the total costs. All orders will be sent within three working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. In the event of a technical malfunction or any other circumstance beyond ZIZA CLUB’s control, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. ZIZA CLUB will keep the consumer duly informed of the status of the order.

We strive to keep our website (www.zizaclub.com) as current as possible. However, a product may unexpectedly no longer be available. In that case, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and discuss options.

3. Delivery & Returns

The delivery time is indicative and therefore not guaranteed. The final delivery time will not exceed the indicated delivery time by more than one week, except in cases of force majeure. The order will be shipped within three working days after receiving payment. ZIZA CLUB cannot be held responsible if the package is not delivered to the consumer on time for causes outside our control.

If the consumer does not wish to keep the product, the consumer has the right to return the product to ZIZA CLUB within fourteen days after receiving it. The consumer must follow all return conditions and instructions from ZIZA CLUB. This does not apply if the product has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returned products will only be accepted if they are sent in their original, undamaged packaging and with labels attached.

The consumer must pay the return shipping costs. Under no circumstances will ZIZA CLUB reimburse shipping costs of returned merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return reaches us; ZIZA CLUB is not liable for any issues during the return shipment.

If all return instructions are followed correctly, ZIZA CLUB will reimburse the consumer for the returned articles within 14 days after receiving them. For credit card payments, refunds will automatically be applied to the card used at the time of purchase.

4. Prices and payments

All prices on ZIZA CLUB’s website are in Euros and include VAT.
Consumers can pay electronically in various ways, as indicated on the website. Orders will be shipped once payment is received. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice.

5. Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the products transfers only when the consumer has fulfilled all obligations. Once ownership is transferred, product liability is also transferred to the consumer.

6. Liability

a. All products are produced with great care. ZIZA CLUB cannot assume liability for damages of any kind caused by malfunctioning or misuse of the articles sold.
b. Although the website is compiled with great care, errors or incomplete information may occur. ZIZA CLUB cannot assume liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Typing or printing errors that display incorrect prices do not oblige ZIZA CLUB to sell at the incorrect price.
Because many pieces are made from natural materials, prints and colors may vary slightly. ZIZA CLUB cannot be held responsible for such variations.

7. Queries/Complaints

For any queries or complaints regarding products or procedures, please contact us at info@zizaclub.com. You will receive a reply within three working days.

8. Force Majeure

In a situation of force majeure, ZIZA CLUB is entitled to cancel the order or agreement by informing the client in writing. The client is not entitled to any damages unless this would be unreasonable given the circumstances.

9. Privacy

ZIZA CLUB treats all personal information with care and will not share it with third parties except when necessary for order delivery.
If the consumer subscribes to our newsletter, their details will be used for updates and special offers.

General website visit data may be stored for statistical and improvement purposes, but this information is anonymous.

10. Governing law

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
b. All disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Amsterdam.

11. Copyright

All information on ZIZA CLUB’s website is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using information without written permission is prohibited.

12. Acceptance of General Conditions

All users of the website are required to be aware of and agree to these General Conditions. By placing an order with ZIZA CLUB, the consumer automatically agrees to all Terms and Conditions.
